This includes your full name, address, telephone number, email address, registered teacher
number, DBS number, your profile picture.
We also process information that by itself does not permit your direct identification but
when combined with other information, could mean you are identifiable.
This category mostly involves online identifiers such as cookies and your computer’s IP
address.

about how you navigate and interact with our site and its pages. An IP (Internet Protocol)
address is an identifier of your computer when it is used to connect with the internet.
This type of personal data cannot directly identify you, but that could still be possible if it
were associated with other pieces of information. We treat these types of information in
the same way that we treat personal data that is directly identifying.

We require your registered teacher number and DBS number, and where appropriate
liability insurance details, as part of our legitimate interest to verify your identity and validate your credentials to becoming, and continuing to be, a member of the community.
Where we ask you to provide personal information, for example by filling out a registration form on our website, we will only use that information for the purpose for which it was
given, such as to process your application.
We use Stripe to process and manage your payments as a member. They manage a Privacy
Centre where you may find more details on how the process your personal data here.
Through our legitimate interest to ensure we provide the best possible services to our
members and community, we use online identifiers collected through our website to enable
it to function smoothly and deliver an optimum experience.

Once you are registered with us, we will use your personal details to provide you information on our services. You may stop us from sending you further marketing information at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link you will find in every email we send, or by contacting us through the details at the end of this Policy.
If you are not a registered user, with your consent we will use your details to provide you with marketing information that we think will interest you. You can withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information for this purpose at any time.

With your consent, we use online identifiers to understand how you navigate around our
site, for example the pages you visit, how much time was spent there, and other statistics in
order to help us improve our website and your experience.

We only use trusted partners to store your personal data, detailed below, who are legally bound to meet comprehensive provisions for security and confidentiality within their systems and process as directed by data protection law.
Personal data that you provide us are stored securely on servers hosted by WordPress, whose security policies and processes can be found here.
Personal data that are processed for our marketing programmes are stored by Sendinblue, details on their storage and security can be found here.
Personal data relating to payments for our services are stored by Stripe. Information on

We will not store your personal data for any longer than is needed for the purpose you

Your DBS and registered teacher number are stored for the duration of your membership
with us, to ensure that you remain eligible to be a member of our community.
Personal details submitted in relation to job postings are not stored beyond the time they
are visible to the community.
Your personal data may be included in discussion threads that we store indefinitely as a
reference and archive service to the community.
If you wish to remove your data from these threads, then please contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.
If you opt in to receive marketing communications, or where it is in our legitimate interest to send you marketing communications, we will continue to store your information for as long as you do not withdraw consent or object.
If there is then no other purpose to holding your data, it will be erased.
